  Our first visit.... Excellent service, very courteous and respectful server and cashier. Greater selection of entrees than other PE's where we have eaten.

  Have to somewhat agree with Chris. NO attention to detail, demeanor needs work, for public service workers, were soooo many ppl behind steam table doing nothing looking lost, yet no immediate effort to assist me. Container not securely closed when thrown in bag & food fell to bottom of bag. NO offer to remake plate, give new bag, discard old bag etc., just handed a small container of lo mein. One entree had pineapple and red peppers, was 80% of those, 20% chicken. I suggested to remove some & there would be more room for the entree, she added ONE more piece of chicken. Rice had zero taste/flavor. Being that I have no vehicle & have to walk there to contribute my money, don't think I will be taking that journey in the immediate future. Thought everything would be on point since they are newly opened - couldn't have been more wrong!!! Tried to give 0 stars, wouldn't allow me to post w/o 1.....

  Not sure what everyone is complaining about. Service was fine. It's as good as what I usually experience at SF Bay Area.
