  Amazing bagels, chewy outside and soft bread inside! Love the different types of Cream cheese spread and such an awesome selection of bagels to choose from! Family favs are jalapeno, rainbow, and chocolate chip! Makes you feel like you're on the east coast! Keep up the awesome food!

  Ouch! If this business is to survive, the staff/owners must learn to treat customers as if they are welcome. My sole experience was most unpleasant and I made no purchase given the fact that I was greeted with a stare by both a male and a female and nothing more. When someone spoke it was in most unfriendly tones. I had to ask if they were open as I felt I had entered the store at the wrong time. The Fry's Marketplace staff are so friendly and it is such a great destination now, Hot Bagels could expect some spinoff. They won't get it from me. So sad when new businesses start off on the wrong foot. Your customers are your lifeblood. Don't alienate them.

  Staff was nice upon entering and ordering my food. 2 bagal sandwich combos... $19.00 Yikes!! They were also very skimpy with the meat. There are other deli's around where you can get 2 corned beef or pastrami sandwiches piled 3 inches thick with meat for around this price. The food tasted fine, just WAY overpriced for the amount you get.
